Sweeter than Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 pound ground veal
  • 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar Sauce (reserve 2 tablespoons for top of meatloaf)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, blend well.
  • Shape meat into a meatloaf shape and top with reserved SBR's hickory sauce.
  • Cook meatloaf on the top rack for 50-60 minutes. Remove, cool and slice serving with your favorite sides.
