Crispy Chicken & Bacon Sandwich

Ingredients
- Sweet Baby Ray’s Chicken Sauce
- Brioche buns
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- Lettuce
- Bacon
- Pickles, sliced
Directions
- In a medium pan, heat oil.
- In two shallow bowls, place buttermilk and flour. Place chicken in buttermilk so it’s fully submerged. Remove chicken and place in flower, flipping until fully covered.
- Place chicken in medium pan with oil and fry on both sides for 5 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool.
- On the open brioche buns, place lettuce and fried chicken. Then drizzle with Sweet Baby Ray’s Chicken Sauce. Top with bacon, pickles and bun.
- Serve with your favorite side and enjoy!
