Crispy Chicken & Bacon Sandwich

  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Chicken Sauce
  • Brioche buns
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • Lettuce
  • Bacon
  • Pickles, sliced


  • In a medium pan, heat oil.
  • In two shallow bowls, place buttermilk and flour. Place chicken in buttermilk so it’s fully submerged. Remove chicken and place in flower, flipping until fully covered.
  • Place chicken in medium pan with oil and fry on both sides for 5 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool.
  • On the open brioche buns, place lettuce and fried chicken. Then drizzle with Sweet Baby Ray’s Chicken Sauce. Top with bacon, pickles and bun.
  • Serve with your favorite side and enjoy!
