Ingredients

  • 18 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 pound of mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 pound bacon 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 large pizza crust
  • Seasonings (seasoned salt, black pepper, chopped oregano, parsley flakes, chopped basil, crushed red pepper, and paprika)
  • Mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Grill chicken breasts and season with seasonings and Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce. Chop the chicken into bite size pieces or shred the chicken, whichever you prefer.
  • Cook the bacon until very crisp and crush into crumbs. Save a bit of the bacon grease and sauté the onion and peppers for 3 minutes. Chop garlic into the pan and cook for 1 more minute.
  • Smother the pizza crust with Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce instead of pizza sauce. Place the chicken on the sauce, then the crumbled bacon, and then the sautéed vegetables. Cover the pizza with mozzarella cheese and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Finally, on top of cheese, sprinkle dashes of the seasonings to taste.
  • Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese begins to brown.
